Coming through the 8th Class this year. I want a beautiful dress that is unique and flattering. I would like to also take to return home. Have a suggestion?

I totally agree with the above, but could also consider haveing a dress made for you by a seamstress. Depending on what you want / How complex is that you can dress like a bargain.
Look in the phone book family / friends or even in your local fabric store looking for advertising for local seamstresses. I had a dress once for a wedding (I followed him, not them) and I have everything I wanted, and a perfect fit for relatively cheap. GOOD LUCK!
